Job Description
Makowsky Ringel Greenberg, LLC is currently accepting applications for a full-time Leasing Consultant for The Edison Apartments in Memphis, Tennessee. Saturday hours are required. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Leasing apartments Promote positive image of the apartment community Resident relations and retention Administration and retention Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Two years of leasing experience preferred Have reliable transportation, a valid drivers license, and proof of insurance Ability to read, write and speak English Mathematical reasoning skills Benefits Competitive salary Bonus/commission program Medical, dental, disability and other insurance options 401(k) and Profit-Sharing Plan Pleasant working environment
