Responsibilities:

✔ Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents—conduct property tours, highlight community features, and guide them through the leasing process ✔ Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into signed leases Maintain accurate guest cards, lead tracking, and leasing files ✔ Ensure model units and amenities are show-ready every day ✔ Assist with lease renewals and support resident retention efforts ✔ Respond to resident questions and service requests with professionalism and care ✔ Support daily office operations, reporting, and property inspections ✔ Collaborate with the Community Manager and property team to deliver exceptional service and drive results

What We Are Looking For:

✔ 1+ year of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred ✔ Experience with leasing software (e.g., Yardi, Knock) is a plus ✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills ✔ Bilingual preferred ✔ Self-starter with a friendly, professional attitude and customer-first mindset ✔ Familiarity with Fair Housing, ADA, and local tenant regulations ✔ Solid organizational skills and attention to detail ✔ Ability to walk the property, tour units, and conduct inspections Ready to Make an Impact?
