$20/hour on W2

Job Summary:
PK Management, LLC is seeking a motivated and career-oriented Leasing Agent to join their property management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leasing activities, resident communication, property marketing, and maintaining positive tenant relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies and HUD regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Present available properties and amenities to prospective tenants in a professional and positive manner Assist property owners and residents with leasing and housing-related needs Advertise available units through various marketing platforms and promotional materials Screen prospective tenants and verify rental applications and references Maintain knowledge of local property market conditions and housing trends Provide information regarding property details, amenities, zoning, and surrounding areas Negotiate leasing terms and finalize lease agreements Conduct property inspections and ensure proper maintenance standards are maintained Organize and maintain tenant files and waiting lists Coordinate resident activities, calendars, flyers, and community communications Handle office duties including answering phones, emails, and administrative tasks Collaborate with residents, vendors, contractors, and corporate staff Support leasing and occupancy goals through effective marketing efforts
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Previous leasing, property management, or customer service experience preferred Knowledge of HUD regulations and property management processes preferred Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities Computer Skills Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Internet applications One-Site software preferred Additional Skills Customer Service Professionalism Teamwork Patience and Confidentiality Attention to Detail Ability to handle emergency situations Working Conditions Work is primarily performed in an office environment with moderate noise levels Walking outdoors may be required during property tours and inspections Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs when handling resident packages or office materials
