Leasing Consultant- 2K Sign on BONUS!!!

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Leasing Specialist to join a growing property management team! This is a full-time, in-office opportunity offering long-term growth, excellent benefits, and career development opportunities.

Schedule:

Tuesday-Saturday 8-5PM Occasional evening hours during peak leasing season

Key Responsibilities:

Manage applications, prospect follow-up, and applicant screening Collect rental history and income verification documentation Utilize CRM systems and daily/weekly reporting Conduct market analysis and assist with pricing strategies Ensure homes are properly marketed and syndicated online Provide outstanding customer service throughout the leasing process Travel locally to properties as needed for marketing and presentation reviews

Qualifications:

1-2 years of Property Management experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM/property management systems Valid driver's license required Must obtain Real Estate License within 6 months (licensing classes/testing reimbursed!)
