In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants and will play a vital role in showcasing our properties, fostering positive relationships, and ensuring a seamless leasing process. Your enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and customer service expertise will help us attract and retain residents while maintaining compliance with fair housing regulations. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales, marketing, and administrative skills within the real estate industry. Duties Greet prospective tenants with enthusiasm and provide comprehensive tours of available properties Promote properties through effective marketing strategies, including digital listings and community outreach Negotiate lease terms and rental agreements to meet both tenant needs and company policies Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other relevant real estate laws during all interactions Process applications, verify references, conduct background checks, and prepare leasing documents accurately Maintain organized records of leasing activity, tenant communications, and property details Collaborate with property management teams to coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals Experience Previous experience in customer service, sales, or property management preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging with a broader range of prospects Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, real estate law, and property management best practices is advantageous Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks and documentation Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment Prior real estate administrative experience is beneficial but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is essential Join us as a Leasing Agent and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating welcoming communities!
