Job Description:
We are actively seeking a dynamic and skilled Real Estate Listing Agent to become an integral part of our esteemed team. As a valued member of The Levi Rodgers Group, you will collaborate with top-tier professionals and gain exclusive access to premium Zillow seller leads through our direct partnership with Zillow.
Responsibilities:
Manage Seller Leads:
Leverage exclusive Zillow seller leads to drive sales and cultivate enduring client relationships.
Property Evaluations:
Conduct comprehensive property assessments, develop precise pricing strategies, and prepare detailed market analysis reports.
Listing Management:
Oversee property preparation, staging, and marketing to ensure listings meet our high standards.
Client Service:
Deliver exceptional service and guidance to sellers from the initial consultation through to closing.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
Continuous Learning:
Stay informed on market trends, regulations, and opportunities within the Texas real estate market.
Qualifications:
Valid Texas Real Estate License Strong understanding of the Texas real estate market Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset Proficiency in technology and real estate tools/software
