Community Leasing Consultant for Eighteen Capital Group Eighteen Capital Group is a national multi-family real estate company headquartered in Kansas City MO. Eighteen Capital Group currently owns and manages 6948 apartment units spanning across 33 properties in 11 states. We are a growing company focusing on specifically value-add multifamily housing investments. Eighteen Capital Group is currently seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant. As the Community Leasing Consultant, you are the heart of our community, bringing people and homes together. We are looking for a multitalented, personable individual with sales expertise and a passion for building relationships. As an Eighteen Capital Community Leasing Consultants, you will walk side by side with customers, developing relationships and inspiring trust as residents make our community their home Eighteen Capital Group offers highly competitive compensation and full benefit packages including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer match and a generous PTO policy. Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Education • Strong sales background A Clear understanding of all necessary office equipment - fax machine, printer, PC, etc. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn other software applications such as RealPage products, OneSite, Lead2Lease, and OpsTechnology. Outside marketing both in person and online Exceptional customer service abilities. Ability to communicate in a professional manner. Ability to handle conflict resolution with both resident and staff. Ability to prioritize, set, and meet deadlines.
