The Showing Apprentice position is for actively licensed Agents who are either newer to the business or established Real Estate Agents looking to fill in some gaps. The Way it Works This position should be viewed as a supplement to your Real Estate commission income. If chosen for the Apprentice Program, candidate (s) would have the opportunity earn hourly compensation as they build their Real Estate sales business and develop a higher quality of commission-based opportunities through the use of our extensive suite of proprietary lead generating tools at Pure Realty, including a Leads Program. You Choose the Hours & Locations It's easy! You select the hours and locations you would like to service and we partner you with established Agents for assistance with showing homes to buyers or opening doors for inspectors. All you need to do is be professional, on time and provide feedback! The Program pays $50 per showing (not a salary), often our Showing Agents average $75+ per hour. We provide all training. Ideal Candidate This is a position for local Austin Agents (30 minutes from Cedar Park maximum) who have the financial means and desire to build a commission-based Real Estate business and could use some occasional extra income in the process to offset expenses/replenish their reserves. We will provide a "Leads Program" to ensure that you have opportunities to convert sales and the tools/resources in order to be successful, therefore, we are looking for "go getters" with big goals and willing to utilize the provided technology and training at Pure. • Agents making less than $50,000 a year are encouraged to apply; we offer a Leads Team Opportunity for those not interested in the Showing Program. A Few Easy Terms This is a high demand position with many candidates and only a few openings at a given time. Candidate (s) must arrive 15 minutes early for the interview and have their Real Estate license number readily available and be a member of a local board of Realtors. All selected candidate (s) will be required to move their license to Pure Realty in order to engage in either (or both) the Showing and Lead's Programs. Candidates without the flexibility to attend an interview within 2 business days will generally be considered to lack the flexibility necessary for the position.

Examples of Unqualified Applicants:

New Agents that need a fixed level of income. Agents that haven't gained traction because they lack either the time, money or energy to devote to the business. Anyone (example: property managers) who is solely looking for an hourly position without aspirations to build a commission-based business. Brand new Agents that are still shopping around for a brokerage and are unable to make a timely decision (hence the "go-getter" requirement). Additional Open Positions at Pure (all require active license & commission based) Leads Team Agent (an opportunity to supplement your sphere based income) Commercial Agent Apprentice Leadership Apprentice (Leadership Experience required) Assistant Recruiting Specialist (small base salary) All interviews are confidential. Current Pure Agents are not eligible for the Showing Apprentice Position.
