Job Description
Leasing Consultant | Brazos Point Apartments | College Station, TX | $14-$19/hour Brazos Point Apartments is a 134-unit residential community in College Station and part of the Twin City Properties portfolio. Twin City Properties is a local, family-owned property management company managing 800+ residential and commercial units across Bryan/College Station. You'd be working on-site at Brazos Point while being part of a 14-person team that supports the broader portfolio. We're not a corporate company. The ownership is local, the team is tight-knit, and we actually have fun at work. If you want to know who makes decisions, it's the same people you'll see every day. What You'll Do Process rental applications and verify all required documentation Prepare and manage lease documents and move-in paperwork Handle resident and prospect communication by phone, email, and in person Collect rent payments and maintain accurate records Log and route maintenance service requests Who You Are You're highly organized, genuinely enjoy talking with new people, and you don't need someone standing over you to stay motivated. Once you're trained, you run with it. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required Prior office experience required Strong communicator, both written and verbal Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once Weekend availability required during leasing season (February through June) Compensation and Benefits $14-$19/hour based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off The Role Full-time, on-site at Brazos Point Apartments in College Station.
