Responsibilities Represent buyers, sellers, or renters in real estate transactions Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and the sales process Prepare and review purchase agreements and contracts Coordinate property showings and open houses (as needed) Stay up-to-date on local market trends and listings Submit paperwork accurately and timely for compliance review Build relationships with clients to generate referrals and repeat business Manage your own schedule and business activities. Qualifications Active Texas real estate license (or in process) 1099 independent contractor status Self-motivated with good communication skills
