In this dynamic and rewarding role, you'll serve as the welcoming face of our community— greeting inquiries, conducting engaging apartment tours, guiding applicants through the leasing process, and delivering a smooth, enjoyable journey from first contact to move-in. Duties Greet prospective tenants warmly, providing detailed property tours and answering all questions to highlight features and benefits. Manage the leasing process from application submission to lease signing, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and Section 8 guidelines. Utilize Resman management software to accurately enter data, process applications, and maintain organized records. Review lease agreements, negotiate terms with applicants, and prepare contracts in accordance with legal standards and landlord-tenant law. Conduct thorough background checks and verify income documentation. Coordinate with management and maintenance teams to ensure apartments are move-in ready and address any tenant concerns promptly. Uphold excellent customer service standards through professional phone etiquette, conflict management skills, and proactive upselling of available units or amenities. Participate in planning and executing resident events. Help manage the community's social media accounts. Requirements Demonstrated ability in sales, negotiation, and contract management. Excellent organizational skills for data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records. Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities.
