Description SPV Property Management is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and driven to provide an exceptional experience for both prospective and current residents. As the first point of contact for our communities, you'll play a key role in maintaining occupancy, building resident relationships, and representing our company with professionalism. This position is responsible for leasing apartments, generating and following up on leads, conducting property tours, processing applications, assisting residents, and supporting the daily operations of the leasing office. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet prospective residents and provide exceptional customer service. Conduct apartment tours and highlight community amenities and features. Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, text messages, and online inquiries. Follow up with prospects to convert leads into signed leases. Process rental applications, verify required documentation, and prepare lease agreements. Maintain accurate prospect, resident, and leasing records within company software. Assist with lease renewals and resident retention initiatives. Address resident questions and concerns while providing timely follow-up. Coordinate with maintenance to ensure vacant apartments are move-in ready. Maintain knowledge of current pricing, availability, and leasing specials. Perform outreach marketing and assist with community events when needed. Ensure the leasing office, model units, and common areas present a professional appearance. Meet individual and community leasing goals. Comply with all Fair Housing laws, company policies, and operational procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous leasing, sales, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable using computers and learning property management software. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Weekend availability as needed. Salary $15 - $17.5 per hour
