Guaranteed Safety Net:

The $500 weekly stipend for your first two weeks removes the risk of commission-only sales, allowing you to focus 100% on learning our trade. Your Responsibilities Execute the daily work schedule, including the mandatory 10:30 am sales training meeting. Master and consistently deliver the Kindred Sales Pitch, building rapport and identifying "Hot Buttons." Utilize our CRM (PestRoutes) to manage areas, place pins, and track performance metrics. Maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude and contribute to a winning team culture. Required Qualifications Coachability, persistence, and a competitive drive. Ability to work required field hours, including some evenings and Saturdays. Strong desire to earn an uncapped, performance-based income. High ethical standards; commitment to honesty and professionalism.
