Job Description

Job Overview As a sales producer you will be an advisor to clients. We will teach to protect the world they have built around them with insurance coverage. Their home, cars, wealth and family and future. You will have the chance to make a difference in peoples lives. No experience necessary to start. We will assist in training and help prepare you for the state insurance licensing exam. We strive to be one of the top agencies in the city and have a very fun and rewarding culture. We work hard while having a blast meeting our goals. We have a top training program hosted by one of the most successful agents in the business.
Salary Range:
$80,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Paid Time Off (PTO) Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Hands on Training Requirements Bi-lingual not required but a plus. Positive attitude. Responsibilities Identifying a households coverage needs and providing them with a policy that will protect their family. Always taking care of the customers needs. Be a team player and help the agency grow. Be organized and efficient in daily tasks. Achieve sales goals with leads.
