Assist applicants with the leasing process by explaining lease terms, application procedures, and community policies clearly and transparently. Process rental applications efficiently, verifying information and coordinating with management to approve prospective residents. Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, including applications, contracts, and follow-up communications. Collaborate with the management team to prepare lease agreements, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements such as TILA (Truth in Lending Act) disclosures and contract standards. Support marketing efforts by promoting community events and available units to attract new residents. Skills Proven experience in leasing, sales, or customer service within real estate or financial services is highly desirable. Familiarity with loan origination processes or loan officer experience can enhance your ability to explain financial terms clearly. Strong understanding of loan processing procedures, contracts, and relevant regulations such as TILA ensures transparency with applicants. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information simply and effectively. Proficiency with financial software and tools used for processing applications and managing records. Demonstrated ability to perform basic math calculations accurately, including 10 key typing skills for data entry tasks. A proactive attitude with the energy to engage potential residents enthusiastically while maintaining attention to detail throughout all processes.
