FOR A LEASING PROFESSIONAL
If you have Leasing experience with A Class properties or Lease Up experience, dynamic skills, and are looking to make a difference apply with Presidium Property Management. Description The Leasing Professional is responsible for apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. Provides a high level of customer service and should possess expert knowledge of the property, its competitors and its market. Requirements Have a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Must have minimum 1 year in A Class or Lease Up experience. High School diploma or GED. Excellent problem solving and communication skills. Able to work weekends. Both English and Spanish Speaking.
