+40 hours We're actively seeking a Bilingual Leasing Agent who is detail-oriented, customer-service driven, and experienced in multifamily housing to join our growing team. This is a front-line role that plays a key part in creating a welcoming and efficient leasing experience for prospective residents across our apartment communities. Key Responsibilities Conduct property tours and professionally represent the community to prospective residents Handle all aspects of the leasing process —from initial inquiry to lease signing and renewals Accurately prepare and process leasing documents, applications, and renewals Maintain up-to-date records of vacancies, applications, and leasing activity Respond promptly to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries with professionalism and courtesy Coordinate move-ins and move-outs , ensuring smooth transitions for residents Work closely with the property management team to deliver a high-quality resident experience Support property marketing efforts and represent the brand with a positive attitude Travel regularly between properties throughout the DFW area as needed Perform general administrative duties and contribute to overall office organization What We're Looking For Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish (required) At least 1-2 years of experience in leasing or property management Previous experience with multifamily apartment communities (required) Familiarity with LIHTC regulations and affordable housing compliance Strong customer service and sales skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data entry Knowledge of property management software (such as Onesite, apartments 24/7and apartmens.com) is a plus Excellent organizational, multitasking, and administrative skills Understanding of leasing laws and tenant regulations Must have reliable transportation Professional, positive, and self-motivated attitude Must have marketing skills Why Join Us?
