Responsibilities of Leasing agents: Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants Housing and HUD experience a plus. Minimum 6 month to 1-year experience required. Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospect customers Confirm rental application data and personal references Stay knowledgeable of the property market status Tax Credit Experience (preferred) Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically Skills for

Leasing Agents :

Proven working experience as a leasing agent Working knowledge of multi-family law and leasing practices. Knowledge of Bluemoon, Onsite, Knock Proven track of successful sales record Up to date with property market status MS Office familiarity Excellent communication and negotiation skills Persuasive with marketing and sales skills Customer service orientation Able to work Full time Monday to Friday with one day off during the week to work every other Saturday.
