Knowledge of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and property management practices to ensure legal compliance. Proficiency in sales technology adoption tools and CRM systems for managing leads and customer relationships. Excellent organizational skills with experience in managing real estate administrative tasks and supporting real estate teams. Background in practicing real estate or property management combined with administrative experience enhances your ability to excel in this role.
