In this role, you will be the key driver in helping clients buy, sell, and lease properties while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties by providing expert guidance and support throughout the transaction process Conduct property showings, open houses, and market research to identify suitable listings that match client needs Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contract terms to secure favorable outcomes for clients while maintaining professionalism and transparency Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings through online platforms, social media, and traditional advertising channels Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and local real estate laws to uphold ethical standards and protect client interests Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, tracking transactions, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, lenders, inspectors, and legal professionals to facilitate smooth transactions Experience Proven experience in real estate sales or property management is preferred; however, enthusiastic newcomers with relevant customer service or administrative backgrounds are encouraged to apply Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate confidently for clients' best interests Excellent marketing acumen combined with organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client accounts efficiently Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse communities effectively Knowledge of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and property management practices is highly desirable Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for building trust and rapport with clients Prior experience with real estate administrative tasks enhances your ability to succeed in this role Embark on a fulfilling career where your energy fuels success!
