Job Overview Are you passionate about real estate property management and eager to support dynamic team? We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Property Management Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will be the vital link ensuring smooth communication between clients, tenants, and vendors. Your proactive approach will help manage rental listings, coordinate appointments, and uphold compliance with real estate laws and regulations. A Texas Real Estate license is preferred, those currently pursuing a license are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Assist with preparing and organizing property listings, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns to attract potential tenants Coordinate property showings, open houses, and appointments with clients and prospects Support clients with administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and maintaining accurate client records Conduct research on market trends, property values, and neighborhood information to aid sales strategies Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and local real estate laws during transactions and marketing efforts Communicate effectively with clients in multiple languages or bilingually to enhance customer service experience Negotiate owner contracts and lease agreements on behalf of clients Requirements Proven experience in real estate administration or property management preferred; strong organizational skills essential Excellent communication skills; ability to clearly convey information in multiple languages or bilingual is a plus Knowledge of marketing techniques, leasing processes, and customer service best practices Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations, real estate law, and ethical standards in property transactions Strong marketing skills to promote properties effectively across various channels Administrative experience, including scheduling, record keeping, and handling legal documentation Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to helping clients navigate the exciting world of real estate!
