Job Description

Multi-Site Leasing Agent - Kingsville, TX Are you a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven leasing professional looking to grow your career with a company that rewards hard work and performance? We are seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Agent to support our apartment communities in the Kingsville area. The ideal candidate will be energetic, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while balancing leasing, resident relations, and administrative responsibilities. Schedule Monday - Saturday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM One weekday off each week Schedule may be adjusted based on business needs What You'll Do Tour prospective residents and showcase apartment homes and community amenities Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and text messaging Convert traffic into leases while maintaining occupancy goals Process rental applications and assist with screening procedures Prepare lease agreements and move-in paperwork Collect application fees, deposits, and rent payments as needed Assist with resident retention and renewal efforts Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents Help coordinate resident events and community outreach efforts Conduct market surveys and assist with marketing initiatives Maintain accurate records in Entrata and other company systems Ensure model units, office areas, and community amenities are presented professionally Qualifications Previous apartment leasing experience preferred Entrata experience preferred Nationwide screening experience preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Strong sales and closing skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who enjoys talking with people, is confident in closing leases, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional resident experience.
