Job Description

Fairway Management (FWM), a division of JES Holdings, is responsible for the maintenance, marketing, and business administration of more than 250 apartment communities and several single-family rental subdivisions across multiple states. Our team is committed to creating communities "where our families would be proud to live" through exceptional customer service, strong leadership, and quality affordable housing. We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Traveling Leasing Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys travel, meeting new people, helping communities succeed, and stepping in where support is needed most across our portfolio.
Compensation & Travel Expectations Salary:
$45,000 annually (non-negotiable) Company-paid hotel accommodations while traveling Daily food expenses covered during travel assignments Must have a reliable personal vehicle Must be comfortable traveling to remote areas and supporting multiple communities Candidates should be comfortable staying at assigned properties for 3-4 months at a time depending on business needs Essential Responsibilities Lead leasing and marketing efforts at assigned communities to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction Conduct property tours, process applications, and assist prospective residents throughout the leasing process Develop and implement outreach and marketing strategies including social media, flyers, local partnerships, and resident events Support properties needing additional leasing assistance, operational support, or occupancy growth Maintain strong knowledge of market conditions, competitor pricing, and area demographics Collaborate with Property Management, Compliance, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth daily operations Ensure resident files, leasing paperwork, and documentation are completed accurately and in compliance with company policies Maintain professional communication with residents, vendors, ownership groups, and team members Assist with community events, open houses, unit walks, turnovers, and curb appeal efforts Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Previous leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, or property management experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work independently Professional appearance and customer-service focused attitude Basic computer knowledge including email and Microsoft Office Must be willing and able to travel extensively throughout Missouri and surrounding areas Why Join Fairway Management?
