Wireless Sales Professional

Allcom, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, is seeking a full time Wireless Sales Professional wanting to sell, service and educate customers with AT&T products and services. With over 25 years of experience in the Wireless Industry we are looking for the best tech savvy people who can represent us in providing extraordinary customer service. Some Requirements:

Superb customer relations skills where there has been some sort of previous retail experience and/or customer service experience Desire to be successful where there has been some sort of structured training and/or goal achievement requirement in the past Enjoy working in a team environment where knowledge share is common and the attitude of continual improvement is readily accepted Honesty, integrity and the ability to do what is right Bilingual a plus, but not required Able to work most Saturdays and some Sundays where a typical work week is 40 - 45 hours Must be able to pass background check and a drug screen

Some Duties:

Be an expert in products and services offered by the company and help customers make the best decision for their needs While being a team player provide best in class customer service Meet and exceed sales objectives Assist and troubleshoot customer wireless device issues

Benefits:

Hourly base + commission. $3200-$5250+ per month . Avg $4,000 per month. High performers receive increased compensation Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision and 401k options
