Responsibilities Complete graduation requirements from PLACE Launch Regularly use PLACE lead generation systems to call prospective buyers Analyze buyer preferences and requirements and sign buyer agreements Act as a mediator between buyers and sellers and negotiate offers Record and track tasks and activities on PLACE Technology Host eight open houses per month Utilize lead generation systems to book appointments Practice sales scripting daily following team standards Participate in team activities as directed Attend mandatory weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls Advise sellers on pricing strategies, staging, and other aspects of listings Promote and market homes to buyers Qualifications Are you interested in advancing your career in Real Estate?
