Responsibilities:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences. Guide clients through the home-buying process, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience. Conduct market research to identify properties that meet clients' criteria and present them with tailored options. Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to secure the best possible terms. Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for achieving sales goals. Stay informed about local real estate market trends and developments to provide clients with up-to-date information. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge in the real estate field.

Qualifications:

Experience in real estate sales, with a focus on buyer representation, is preferred. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a personalized and attentive service. Proven track record of successful negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients. Strong understanding of the local real estate market trends and developments in the McAllen-Edinburg-Pharr area. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively guide clients through the buying process. Ability to conduct thorough market research and present clients with tailored property options. Collaborative mindset to work effectively with team members and share insights for achieving sales goals together.
