Real Estate Content Creator / Assistant Glass Realty LLC McAllen, TX Job Details Part-time | Full-time | Contract From $12 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Event coordination Graphic design Canva Attention to detail Driving Video recording equipment Organizational skills Full Job Description We're looking for a Photographer/Videographer with an eye for making real estate shine. The ideal candidate will be able to capture and edit content quickly while staying true to our brand style. Experience with photo and video editing is important — you don't need to be an expert, but you should be knowledgeable, efficient, and willing to grow in the real estate content space. You'll collaborate closely with Tony Villeda broker / owner and other agents to create content that stands out across social media and aligns with our campaigns. Additionally, you will work aside Mr. Villeda when not content creating to assist with real estate related tasks / driving / etc. This is a great entry level position for those interested in both content creation and ultimately real estate as a profession. You will learn firsthand from a premier agent in the industry and have your work visible by thousands. Bonuses apply.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Capture engaging walkthroughs with agents, highlighting key property features Edit and enhance photos (color correction, retouching, overlays) Produce branded video content: previews, walkthroughs, agent intros, etc. Add motion graphics (pop-ups, transitions, lower-thirds) for social platforms Create visual marketing materials using Canva , Illustrator , and other Adobe tools Apply consistent branding elements across all media (logos, intros/outros, text overlays)
REQUIREMENTS
✅ Comfortable with CapCut , Canva , and Adobe Creative Suite —especially Illustrator ✅ Proven photography and videography skills (real estate experience is a bonus) ✅ Experience with event coordination and behind-the-scenes content capture ✅ Creative mindset with strong attention to detail ✅ Ability to work on tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects ✅ Strong communication and organizational skills How to apply: Please submit your portfolio, resume, and LinkedIn account. •Interviews held in person•
