Job Duties:

Completes all actions associated with the leasing of apartment community homes to prospective residents including: Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office Present community amenities, unit availability options, execute leasing contracts, and give property tours to prospective tenants Communicate resident concerns to the Community Director and maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Director Completes ongoing industry training

Minimum Requirements:

6 months customer service experience Team player with positive attitude Goal oriented and solution focused High School or GED required 6 months Tax Credit Leasing Experience (REQUIRED) Bilingual skills are a plus!
