In this role, you will be responsible for managing the leasing process for our properties, ensuring a positive experience for potential tenants while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and leasing, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle conflicts effectively. Responsibilities Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants. Manage the leasing process from application to move-in, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately. Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants while adhering to company policies. Address tenant inquiries and resolve conflicts in a professional manner. Collaborate with property maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and ready for new tenants. Implement customer relationship management strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention. Stay updated on local rental market trends and competitor offerings. Experience Previous experience in property leasing or property management is preferred. Familiarity with legal administrative tasks related to leasing contracts and tenant agreements. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to negotiate effectively. Knowledge of property maintenance processes and best practices is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
