This role combines administrative support with client-facing responsibilities and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and can effectively manage multiple priorities at once. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, professional, and committed to providing an exceptional client experience. ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support Assist with day-to-day operations of a busy real estate team Coordinate appointments, inspections, walkthroughs, closings, and contractor visits Manage calendars, schedules, and transaction timelines Prepare, organize, and maintain transaction files and client records Assist with data entry, CRM management, and database upkeep Communicate with clients, title companies, lenders, builders, inspectors, and vendors Track deadlines and ensure all required documentation is completed on time Assist with listing preparation, marketing materials, signage coordination, lockbox installation, and other listing-related tasks Support team projects, events, client appreciation initiatives, and marketing efforts Run occasional business-related errands as needed Showing Agent Responsibilities Conduct property showings throughout the DFW metroplex Meet buyers at scheduled appointments and provide a professional, knowledgeable experience Coordinate showing schedules with clients and team members Gather buyer feedback and communicate updates to lead agents Assist buyers in identifying homes that meet their needs and preferences Attend open houses, builder meetings, listing appointments, and closings as needed Represent the team and brokerage professionally at all times Qualifications Active Texas Real Estate License required Prior real estate experience is required Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, DocuSign, and CRM systems is a plus Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the DFW area Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative Schedule & Availability Typical office hours begin at 9:00 AM End times may vary between 5:30 PM and 7:30 PM depending on business needs Evening and weekend availability is required Flexibility to attend showings, closings, inspections, builder meetings, listing appointments, and team events Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, adaptable, and eager to learn.
