WHAT YOU'LL DO

This is a professional sales role where you own the entire customer relationship from first conversation to signed contract. You will build trust, solve problems, and create opportunities through professionalism and consistency. Generate and manage your own leads throughout the DFW market Perform roof inspections and document customer needs Guide homeowners through repair or replacement solutions Train weekly with leaders focused on helping you improve and win Every conversation builds confidence, skill, and earning potential.

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH

New Reps:

$40,000-$75,000 annually

Top Producers:

$150,000-$250,000+ annually
