Full Job Description Now Hiring:
Bilingual Multifamily Leasing Agent We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our property management team! The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of leasing or property management experience.
What You'll Do:
Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and explain community features. Assist with leasing paperwork, applications, and renewals. Manage leads, track leasing activity, and maintain resident records. Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and care. Stay informed about leasing specials, occupancy goals, and market trends. Ensure the office and community present a welcoming, professional environment.
What We're Looking For:
At least 1 year of leasing or property management experience (required). Strong communication and organizational skills. Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality.
