Pay:
$10.50 - $12.00 per hour Job description: As a Leasing Consultant, you are responsible for providing current and prospective residents with the best possible customer service to retain residents and lease apartments. This position reports to the property manager. You would possess the following skills and assigned duties:
  • Minimum experience of 1+ years in Leasing
  • Greeting and touring prospective residents throughout the community
  • Preparing lease documents
  • Assisting current residents
  • Resident retention, sales and marketing of community
  • Familiar with various social media websites for online reputation management
  • Inspecting models and market ready units
  • Additional projects as assigned by community manager
