Tarantino Properties is hiring Leasing Consultants for our three apartment communities in San Antonio, Texas ! Opportunities are available at properties located in the 78217, 78201, and 78218 areas. We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals who enjoy helping prospective residents find their next home while delivering exceptional customer service. Previous leasing experience is a plus, but candidates with strong customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents Assist with leasing activities including tours, applications, and follow-ups Handle general office duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining resident records Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional manner Process paperwork and maintain accurate files and reports Utilize property management software and leasing tools to complete daily tasks Support team members with administrative and customer-related tasks as needed

Requirements:

Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude Experience with property management software required: OneSite / Knock / BlueMoon Spanish-speaking is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Previous leasing or property management experience preferred
