• $18 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Computer operation Spanish Filing English High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Luxury Multifamily property with 192 units is looking for a leasing consultant/assistant manager. Tasks & responsabilities:
• Lease apartments and renew leases.
• Answer phones, customer service, show apartments to prospects, process lease applications, complete and organize lease files.
• Conduct and document move in and move out inspections of apartments.
• Produce and deliver tenant notices.
• Enforce rent collections by email and calling tenants.
• Help manager with any other office duties.

Job Requirements:

• Computer Savy.

Experience with

ONE SITE

property management is a plus.

• Available to work ALL Saturdays 10 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Customer service oriented personality.
• High school diploma.
• Candidate should have a reliable vehicle.
• Candidate should Pass a drug test and criminal background check.
• Bilingual is a plus (English and Spanish).
