This role is ideal for someone earlier in their career who wants to learn quickly, take ownership of their work, and be part of a team that gets things done. ✅ What You'll Be Responsible For
- Manage multiple real estate transactions from contract to closing, keeping everything on track
- Stay on top of deadlines, documents, and communication so nothing falls through the cracks
- Communicate with sellers weekly with clear, honest updates so they always know what's going on
- Coordinate with buyers, title companies, and internal team to keep deals moving forward
- Proactively follow up and handle issues early before they turn into bigger problems
- Take initiative to solve problems instead of waiting for direction ✅ What This Role Requires

$2,000/month- Monthly performance bonuses based on closed deals
