Our work includes custom audio/video, home theater, lighting control, networking, surveillance, access control, automation, and smart building systems. We serve clients who expect a premium experience from the first conversation through final installation. We are looking for a polished, motivated Luxury Sales Representative who can build relationships, understand client needs, and sell high-value technology solutions with confidence. Position Overview The Luxury Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and selling premium automation, audio/video, security, and low-voltage systems. This person should be comfortable working with homeowners, builders, designers, architects, commercial property owners, and event venue operators. This is a relationship-driven role. The right candidate knows how to sell quality, trust, design, convenience, and long-term value — not just equipment. Responsibilities Generate new leads through networking, referrals, builders, architects, designers, real estate professionals, and commercial relationships. Meet with clients to understand their lifestyle, business needs, space, budget, and vision. Present Meshlab's solutions in a polished, consultative way. Sell luxury home automation, theaters, distributed audio, lighting control, networking, cameras, access control, and commercial automation systems. Walk properties and job sites to identify opportunities and gather project requirements. Prepare proposals with support from the design and operations team. Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline. Build long-term relationships with builders, designers, contractors, and repeat clients. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to installation. Represent Meshlab professionally at client meetings, job sites, events, and networking opportunities. Stay informed on luxury technology trends, smart home products, and premium AV solutions. Ideal Candidate Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable selling premium products and services to high-net-worth clients. Professional appearance and polished communication style. Experience in luxury sales, real estate, home services, design, construction, AV, automation, or technology is preferred. Ability to understand client needs and translate them into solutions. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable following up consistently. Comfortable visiting job sites, homes, commercial spaces, and active construction projects. Able to work with builders, contractors, designers, and business owners. Basic understanding of smart home, AV, security, networking, or low-voltage systems is a plus, but not required for the right candidate. Qualifications 2+ years of sales experience preferred. Luxury, construction, technology, real estate, or home improvement sales experience is a strong plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Comfortable using CRM tools, email, phone, and basic proposal software. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company. Compensation Compensation will include a base salary plus commission, with strong earning potential for high performers. Final structure will depend on experience and book of business.
