Responsibilities include leasing apartments by promptly responding to leasing calls, conducting tours for prospective residents, and executing marketing initiatives as directed by the Operations/Leasing Manager. You'll greet residents and prospects with enthusiasm, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and ensuring follow-up on leasing inquiries. Additionally, you'll oversee resident services such as social calendars, events, and holiday activities, while maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of vacant show units, models, and amenity buildings. Renewing leases, handling general communications with residents, and assisting in planning resident functions are also key aspects of this role. Moreover, you'll contribute to the community's outreach marketing efforts, participate in ongoing training, and consistently uphold community policies.
