Job Description

Newly licensed agents encourage to apply. All training provided. Keep more of your commission! Are you currently enrolled in Real Estate School or just passed your state exam? PERFECT! All your training is provided so you can be the best you can be! We are looking for a motivated agent who is passionate about making the home-buying & selling experience great. You will contact leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale! Duties:
  • Contact leads and perform scheduled lead follow up and engagement
  • Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
  • Show properties to potential buyers
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients
  • Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other necessary processes
  • Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and changes in local regulations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying or selling process
  • Collaborate with other real estate professionals and mortgage lenders
Qualifications:
  • Valid real estate license in the state of Utah
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and with your mentor while managing multiple clients simultaneously to provide exceptional service.
