Job Description

Position Overview We are looking for a highly organized and solution-focused Office Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our real estate brokerage. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of the office, supporting real estate agents with transactions, marketing, and compliance. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Office Administration and Operations Agent and Transaction Support MLS and Listing Management Continuing Education (CE) and Training Support Marketing and Event Coordination Skills and qualifications:
Must-Have:
Proven experience in office management, real estate operations, or transaction coordination. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a solution-focused mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and transaction management software. Excellent communication skills to effectively support agents and manage office interactions.
Preferred:
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital marketing tools. Background in real estate office coordination or agent support
