Leasing Agent

ICO Companies, the premier commercial and multi-family real estate and investment firm in Utah, is seeking a full time Leasing Consultant at a beautiful apartment community in Pleasant Grove, Utah. Qualified Leasing Consultants will not have to have prior leasing experience but prior sales experience is advantageous. High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

Job Requirements:

To provide assistance by performing leasing duties, to include: Handling residents calls/emails Touring and leasing apartment homes Completing applicant files/paperwork Participate in leasing trainings Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND JOB REQUIREMENT

A high school diploma or equivalent and professional knowledge of business discipline are required.
