The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer relationship management, and administrative tasks. As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a crucial role in leasing apartments, maintaining tenant relations, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours for potential residents and showcase available apartment homes
• Assist prospective residents with the application process and lease agreements
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person regarding leasing availability
• Maintain accurate records of prospective and current residents using data entry skills
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure efficient operations
• Utilize negotiation skills to secure lease agreements and renewals
