Leasing Coordinator - Join Our Growing Property Management Team We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Leasing Coordinator to join our property management team in St. George, Utah. This position plays a key role in helping prospective tenants find the right home while ensuring a smooth and professional leasing experience from first contact to move-in. Responsibilities Respond to rental inquiries by phone, text, email, and online platforms Schedule and conduct property showings Assist applicants through the leasing and screening process Prepare leases and move-in documentation Maintain accurate tenant and property records Coordinate with property managers regarding availability, maintenance, and move-ins Follow up with leads and maintain strong communication with prospective tenants Help market available properties through online listings and social media Provide excellent customer service to current and future residents Qualifications Strong communication and people skills Organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Basic computer and phone skills required Experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or property management preferred but not required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Preferred Skills Experience with property management software Knowledge of fair housing practices Sales or commission-based experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Growth opportunities within the company Supportive and team-oriented work environment Flexible schedule Schedule Full-time preferred Some evenings or weekends may be required depending on showings and tenant needs If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and helping others find a place to call home, we would love to hear from you.
