We've built the systems, lead generation, coaching, and support so our agents can focus on what they do best: helping clients buy and sell homes. Our agents average 27 transactions per year and earn an average of $174,000 annually.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Have approximately 15 conversations with leads each day Follow up with leads by phone, text, email, and CRM Follow the team's proven process and systems Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying and selling process Maintain accurate communication and documentation using team technology platforms Build strong relationships with clients and guide them through real estate transactions Consistently improve your skills through training and coaching
QUALIFICATIONS
Must hold an active Utah Real Estate License or be actively pursuing licensure Full-time availability required Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and mobile tools Positive attitude and willingness to learn Organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
LOCATION
This position is based in St. George, Utah. We welcome conversations with agents throughout the Region , and surrounding areas who may be interested in relocating for the right opportunity.
