Inside Sales Agent - Real Estate Team Shepherd Homes Group - 2.3 Alexandria, VA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $50,000 a year 8 hours ago Qualifications Driver's License Full Job Description We are in need of a real estate inside sales agent to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for prospecting new leads, making cold calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate. Outbound Activity:
80-100+ calls/dials per day.
Talk Time:
Average of 2+ hours of talk time daily.
Conversion:
Set a minimum of 6 qualified appointments per week.
Database Growth:
Adding and properly tagging a set number of new contacts weekly.
Compensation:
$50,000 plus commissions
Responsibilities:
Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
Qualifications:
Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car Excellent interpersonal and communication skills At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position About Company Founded in 2018 by Jason Cheperdak, Shepherd Homes Group has grown from one agent and a part-time assistant to a powerhouse team of 38 Realtors and 14 full-time support staff.
