Overview We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Case Management Specialists to support an upcoming Solicitation (federal contract) focused on serving refugee children and families . This role is critical in ensuring vulnerable populations receive the care, coordination, and resources they need to thrive. We are looking for candidates (Contingent roles) with expertise for the following positions: Regional Supervisor Licensed Clinical Supervisor Case Manager Supervisor Caseworkers PRS Case managers (Level 1, 2 & 3) This position is contingent upon contract award and government funding. Selected candidates must sign an LOI (Letter of Intent).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive case management services to children and families Conduct assessments and develop individualized service plans Coordinate care with internal teams and external service providers Advocate for client needs and ensure access to appropriate resources Maintain accurate and timely case documentation Support crisis intervention and follow-up services as needed
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in human services, behavioral science with clinical experience, social services, sociology, psychology Licensed or eligible for licensure Proficient in child languages Experience working with children 3+ years supervisory and case management experience Experience working in a similar position Proven experience in case management (social services, human services, or related field) Direct experience working with refugee children, immigrant populations, or vulnerable youth Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and cultural sensitivity Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment Experience working with government or nonprofit programs supporting refugees Bilingual or multilingual skills Travel requirements: 30% on Staff and Region.
