Training Areas (Multiple Career Paths Available) You will be trained and placed in one or more of the following areas based on your strengths: Underwriting & Title (Entry-Level Underwriter Trainee) Review property records and ownership history Identify liens, judgments, and title issues Assist in preparing title commitments and insurance policies Title Examiner (Entry-Level Title Examiner Trainee) Research public records and legal documents Analyze ownership and transaction history Support underwriting decisions Closing Administrator / Settlement (Entry-Level Closing Trainee) Coordinate real estate closings Prepare and review closing documents Work with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents Post-Closing / Operations (Entry-Level Post Closer Trainee) Record documents with local jurisdictions Balance funds and disburse transactions Ensure file accuracy and completion Marketing & Business Development (Entry-Level Marketing Trainee) Assist with marketing campaigns and social media Support client outreach and events Maintain CRM systems Administrative Support (Entry-Level Office / Admin Trainee) Provide general office and administrative support Manage data entry, scheduling, and organization Assist multiple departments What We're Looking For We hire for attitude and potential—not experience .
