Job Description
Full-time Leasing Consultant needed for a fast-paced apartment community in Richmond. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales specialist with a solid sales track record and strong customer service skills. The ideal candidate will also have an outgoing personality with computer skills and the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and surpass goals while keeping a positive attitude. Some apartment leasing experience is preferred. This is also a great opportunity for someone with retail management experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Lease apartments and build resident retention. Provide assistance with the application and approval processes. Prepare and execute lease paperwork. Provide exceptional customer service to current residents and future residents. Assist with online and traditional marketing. Address resident's concerns timely and provide solutions. Excellent compensation, health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, & short term disability offered. Pre-employment background check and drug testing required.
