Real Estate Staging Associate

Description Our dynamic and energetic Real Estate team is seeking an intelligent, creative, team, and detail-oriented Staging Associate to join our expanding company. We specialize in residential staging projects in the area. We create highly desirable properties that appeal to a wide range of prospective buyers, which sell quickly and for more money than the competition. Our team is ambitious, supportive, and cares about helping each other. This part-time, seasonal, position is a great opportunity for someone interested in learning more about Real Estate or growing into a Real Estate Sales position. The schedule is primarily Monday-Friday mornings with flexible hours and seasonal fluctuations based on market activity. The ideal candidate has a strong design eye, is organized, dependable, and proactive, is willing to learn and take direction, and is comfortable with light physical work; a reliable car is required, and mileage is reimbursed. Prior experience in staging, interior design, real estate, or organizing is a plus. Responsibilities Assist with staging occupied and vacant homes, including furniture placement, décor arrangement, and art selection. Collaborate with the lead stager to implement design concepts and ensure a cohesive style. Maintain inventory of staging furniture and accessories. Assist with the transportation and setup of staging items. Qualifications Strong interest in interior design and home staging. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical stamina for moving and arranging furniture. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Flexible availability, including weekdays and some weekends. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
