What Youll Do:

Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs and goals Develop and present clear, compelling proposals with support from our design team when needed Follow up consistently and move opportunities through the pipeline Close landscape enhancement and outdoor living projects Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat and referral business Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth project handoffs

What Were Looking For:

Proven sales experience in landscape, construction, or home services preferred Strong communication and follow-up skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Competitive mindset with a track record of closing deals Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities Professional, polished, and client-focused
